to process the return. You must specify reason for the return. At that time you will be issued a RMA number. The item must be returned with prepaid shipping in good sellable condition with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box next to the shipping label. If the listed criteria are met complete, a credit will be issued at that time.
If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, inserted the wrong part number or did not provide the customer service representative with the proper information. You may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately.
Items Damaged During Shipping
The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. If the item(s) you received has(have) been damaged in transit, you must pursue reimbursement from the carrier who damaged the goods by following their damage claims process which may include filling out the appropriate damage claim forms provided by the carrier. All damaged goods returned to Ultra Seating due to freight company error, will not be refunded and must be returned freight prepaid.
